Welcome to the Nordic Blood Tracking event!
With this form you can book accommodation and meals. Every person needs to fill in this form, not only participants for the trial.
Meals are included in the participation fee but accommodation has a cost. Prices can be found here.
Participant's family members and travel companions will also fill in this form. They will need to pay the meal package and accommodation fee.
Children under 10 years old are for free. However, please fill in the details also for the children. Add adult's name and child's age in the additional information field.
